Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Infrastructure and Operations Manager to lead critical infrastructure and operational functions within a high-demand, 24/7 environment. This role requires an individual with a proven track record of overseeing data center operations, managing service providers, and driving strategic technological advancements.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of infrastructure, security, and operations management, with experience in modernizing systems and leading cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise data center services, infrastructure, and operations resources in a 24/7 environment.
- Establish goals and objectives for maintaining infrastructure, security, and operations.
- Oversee infrastructure changes, technical implementations, and communicate effectively with management.
- Collaborate with service providers and system architects to develop and execute the Technology Roadmap Plan.
- Lead environment expansion, migrations, and modernizations for storage, compute, network, and application systems.
- Manage audits, ensure compliance, and develop operations documentation, including security and disaster recovery plans.
- Provide technical expertise on ecosystem changes, security events, and root cause analysis.
- Oversee major projects such as data center migrations and hardware/software upgrades.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience managing data center services, including compute, storage, and infrastructure resources.
- Expertise in leading technical teams supporting operational systems and databases.
- Experience with infrastructure modernization and integration of cloud technologies.
- Proven ability to oversee audits, compliance, and documentation processes.
- Hands-on experience with 24/7 on-call support.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with DevOps methodologies and tools.
- Experience delivering training in cloud-based technologies.
- Familiarity with ITIL processes using Remedy or ServiceNow.
- Experience managing Archer GRC.
